A. mPerks is a program designed to receive / redeem discounts at the checkout when entering your unique 10-digit mPerks number and PIN. When you sign up, you will need to provide your unique 10-digit mPerks phone number (your text enabled mobile phone number) and create your PIN.

Q. Why do I have to sign up with a text enabled phone number?
A. We need a way to contact you to provide you with exclusive offers just for you. These offers will be mPerks and also other offers from Meijer (i.e. gas alerts and super event notifications).

Q. How do I redeem my mPerks coupons?
A. You can redeem your mPerks at the checkout by selecting the mPerks button on the credit card reader (at a staffed lane) or directly on the screen (at a self checkout) and entering your mPerks number. After your mPerks number has been entered, you will be prompted to enter your PIN at the credit card reader. Your discounts will be taken at the end of the transaction.

Q. What is an mPerks PIN?
A. Your mPerks PIN is the 4 digit number that you use to sign into your mPerks account. Your PIN is also used to redeem your offers at the checkout.

Q. Why do I need a PIN?
A. Use of a PIN adds additional security to the mPerks program and keeps your special offers and deals secure. This security feature also helps us prepare to add new features to the mPerks program.

Q. What do I do if I can't remember my mPerks number?
A. Your mPerks number is your 10-digit mobile phone number. If you forget your mPerks number, you may contact Meijer Support at help@meijer.com or call 1-800-962-7011.

Q. What do I do if I can't remember my PIN?
A. You may retrieve your PIN by selecting "Forgot your PIN" at mperks.meijer.com. You may also contact Meijer Support at help@meijer.com or call 1-800-962-7011.

Q. How do I know if my coupons were clipped?
A. The coupons say "clipped" on the home page once you've selected them and they will appear on the 'Your Clipped Coupons' page.

Q. How do I print my coupons?
A. Clicking on the "Print Coupon List" in the "Your Clipped Coupons" page will allow you to print a list of the coupons you've clipped for your shopping reference. This list cannot be used to redeem the offers; you must enter your mPerks number and PIN at the checkout to redeem the offers.

Q. Can I print the coupons and scan them at the register?
A. You may print a list using the "Print Coupon List" to bring to the store for your reference; however, this list cannot be used to redeem your offers. The offers are only redeemable by entering your unique 10-digit mPerks number and PIN.

A. You may email the coupon list to yourself for your shopping reference.

A. No, the coupons are tied to your mPerks account and redeemable with your unique 10-digit mPerks number and PIN.

Q. How can I remove coupons that I no longer wish to redeem?
A. Coupons will expire and automatically disappear once they're redeemed or once they've expired. You can remove coupons from the 'Your Clipped Coupons' page by choosing 'remove'.

A. Coupons are updated weekly and are refreshed on Mondays.

A. The register needs to see your mPerks number in order to grant you the coupons you selected.

Q. What does the "mPerks" button at the checkout do?
A. This button will allow you to redeem promotions simply by entering your mobile phone number and PIN. These promotions may be coupons you have clipped online or mPerks offers you have received by text.

Q. How can I tell my mPerks coupons were redeemed?
A. Coupons will show on the display at the checkout at the end of your transaction and the savings will be reflected on your receipt. Once you redeem your coupons instore, they will be removed from your 'Coupon List' within 24 hours.

Q. I forgot to enter my mPerks number before I paid. How do I get my discount?
A. You can save your discount for your next purchase.

Q. If I return my discounted item, can I reuse my discount?
A. Once an offer has been used, it cannot be used again.

Q. If I void my transaction after the mPerks number is entered, will the promotion still be available for use?
A. Yes, if the transaction is canceled after the mPerks number has been entered, you may use your mPerks number in a later transaction while the promotion is valid.

Q. What if I don't have access to a computer or a printer?
A. Most local libraries offer free computer access. Printers are not necessary since the coupons are redeemed by entering your unique 10-digit mPerks number and PIN on the credit card reader.

A. Yes, we just need to have a different method of contacting you to offer great deals and for administration purposes.

Is the phone number you provided invalid? Please check the number you entered when signing up for mPerks to be sure it's a correct, 10 digit mobile phone number. Only valid phone numbers will be able to receive offers through the mPerks program.

Is your mobile phone service provider preventing some text messages from reaching you?
Some mobile phone service providers have policies in place that block incoming third party text for your protection.
Please contact your carrier's customer service department to determine if this is the case. If it is, they should be able to change the permissions on your account so that you'll be sure to receive all the Meijer notifications you've signed up for.
Carrier Delays
Every once in a while, your mobile service provider may have an exceptionally high volume of messages being sent at one time. The waiting time to get through varies depending upon the number of pending messages, and we know how frustrating that can be. Please consider trying to complete your sign up process again in a few minutes.

At the self-checkout - Before paying, press the "mPerks" button at the bottom of the screen. After entering your mPerks number, you will be prompted to enter your PIN at the credit card reader.
At the checkout with cashier - Before paying, press the "mPerks" button on the credit card reader touch screen. 
When prompted, enter your mPerks mobile phone number. After your mPerks number has been entered, enter your PIN when prompted. The discount will appear on your receipt.  |

Print or email yourself your mPerks coupon list
At the top of the main mPerks clipping screen, click 'Your Clipped Coupons'
You will now be able to see all your clipped coupons.
To print or email yourself a shopping list, click 'Print Coupon List' or 'Email Coupon List' buttons as shown below.
Remember, mPerks is a digital coupon program. To redeem your savings, just enter your mPerks mobile phone number at checkout. Your printed list is just a shopping reference and is not needed at checkout.

How mPerks at the Pump Works
Clip your mPerks Fuel offer on mperks.meijer.com.
- We don’t always offer the special fuel deals on mPerks, so check back often for the latest offers!
At the Meijer Gas Station just enter your mPerks number and PIN prior to paying for your fuel or swiping your payment card to get your discount.
- After your mPerks number and PIN have been entered successfully, the price per gallon on the pump will roll back to the discounted price.
Swipe your payment card at the pump and pump your fuel and watch your savings add up!

Q. What if I don’t have a fuel coupon on mPerks?
A. There are not always fuel offers on mPerks but check back often for the latest offers.

Q. Do I need to clip my fuel offer?
A. Yes, if your offer for a fuel discount is not clipped, you will not receive your fuel discount.

Q. When do I enter my mPerks number at the pump?
A. You must enter your mPerks number at the pump first before you swipe your payment card. Once your payment card is swiped, you can no longer enter your mPerks number. If you pay inside after you have pumped, you may enter your number on the credit card reader in the station before you pay for your fuel.

Q. What if I forget to enter my mPerks number at the pump?
A. If you have not entered your mPerks number and have already paid for your fuel, you cannot receive your mPerks discount for that transaction. You may use your discount for a later transaction before your offer expires.

Q. Can I use my mPerks discount on a prepaid fuel purchase?
A. Yes, you can use your mPerks fuel discount on a prepaid fuel purchase. Just enter your mPerks number on the credit card reader inside the station before you pay the cashier for your prepaid fuel.
